Our local real estate market is seeing the signs of a shift. The number of new listings and closed sales remained consistent, but the pending sales dropped causing a rise in inventory. While inventory remains low at 603 homes for sale, it is up 100 homes from the previous month but still less than half of June's average 1325 home inventory.
