Thinking about buying or selling, or just curious about the changes in our real estate market? It's important to have a good understanding of what’s really going on in the San Luis Obispo County market.
It's true that the number of homes sold in October dropped nearly 24% from September's count of 273 and almost 38% from October 2021's tally of 332 sales. Perhaps in part due to the decline in new listings, also down approx 15% from September and over 35% from October of last year. The median sales price and price per square foot were virtually the same as in October 2021.
